    Something incredible happens when we work together in the way it's supposed to happen. Things change when everyone in the group is equally contributes in the overall aims and objectives. Our work goes faster by finding mistakes more easily, and appreciating as well as innovating better things. 


Greetings of the day. 

    It's a great opportunity for us to share our experiences of online meeting on behalf of our Group. All of us met on Zoom platform at 7.00 this evening. First we should thank Ravi Sir who encouraged us to jot down the discussion points.



    In the first session B.S. Padmavathy who is the leader of the Group invited all the other teachers to meet on Zoom platform. She presided over the meeting meticulously. Firstly she introduced her journey of teaching platforms. Later she asked each and every teacher to talk about their eminence and professional experiences. Wonderful memories and teaching experiences were shared which were specially highlighted from rural areas. We discussed the Educational innovations and Various Educational Schemes undertaken by the Government of different states. 

      In the second session we decided to help each other in completing assignments, other tasks, online projects etc. We all together unconditionally provide mentoring support in doing classroom activities and finally concluded to arrange virtual meetings frequently. 

    The meeting ended with hearty wishes since every teacher looks forward to meeting again and again to utilise the purpose of RIE training successfully. Everyone thanked Corona Pandemic since the period made every teacher to explore many ways of teaching techniques.

    Teaching is my passion. Really we had a wonderful internal meet. Thank you Padmavathy Ma'am and beloved group mates for sharing your professional experiences.
    I believe in the fact teacher is a continuous learner. We need to update ourselves otherwise we get outdated. It's a great oppournity to all of us to grow professionally to benefit our learners. I am glad to that I am included in an experienced teachers group. Let's continue to grow👍👍professionally with good health.
