Correct sentence: She did not want to work today.

3. B) On

Correct sentence: Bharath lent his book to me yesterday.

4. B) Whom

Correct sentence: Sarvani is my friend who is a writer.

5. C) Of

Correct sentence: I wanted to stay out of this.

6. B) Have

Correct sentence: I wrote this song yesterday. ("Have written" is also possible, but with "yesterday," simple past is better.)

Or: I would like you to deliver this letter for me.

8. C) At

Correct sentence: The office where I work is very small.

9. A) To

("To me" is grammatically okay, but in this structure it's unnecessary.)
